Procedure to Apply for E-Visa of UAE, Dubai

UAE government has announced that they will not honor GCC Residents with On-Arrival Visit Visa after October 2015. But UAE has launched E-service for GCC Residents. All GCC Residents are required to get E-Visa from online portal of Ministry of Interior, UAE   before visit to UAE.

Requiurements to Apply for E-Visa of UAE for GCC Residents

  1. Original Iqama with validity of at least three months from date of arrival.
  2. Entry permit holder will not be granted entry if the profession of GCC Resident is found changed after issuance of this entry permit.
  3. Valid passport at least six months from the date of arrival.
  4. Credit card for making online payments.
  5. E-Visa of UAE applied from here will be issued to GCC Residents for 30 days from the entry and is expendable for 60 days.

Procedure to Apply for E-Visa of UAE (Dubai) for GCC Residents

  • Go to, website of Ministry of Interior of UAE.
  • A popup window will appear, just ‘accept it’
  • Now click on the “GCC Resident” tab on top left side of page. A form will appear. Fill it and click on the ‘next’ button.

  1. Emirates: Select the city where you want to travel first from 5 options of Dubai, ABu Dhabi, Sharja, Ras-al Khema and Fujeirah.
  2. Port of Arrival: Now select the port where you have to reached, you may select Airport if you travel by air.
  3. Name: Enter your all details and name. Just click on ‘T’, your name in arabic will appear.
  4. Profession: Profession must be selected from the list.
  5. Residence Issuance Date: It is date when your Iqama was issued. This date is normally not mentioned in the Iqama. If you are subscribed to the MOI services, you must have received a message of Iqama renewal on that date. Or just minus one year from the Iqama expire date, convert it to Gregorian date and mention it there. Also expiry date be converted to Gregorian date and write there.
  • Fill your contact details in UAE. If you have to stay in hotel, give its address and phone number in form.
  • Upload passport size photograph, scanned copy of Iqama and scanned copy of latest passport. After uploading documents click on the ‘Review’. If all information is correct then click on “Post” at the end of the page.
  • Now pay the fee for E-Visa of UAE (Dubai) for GCC Residents through credit card. The fee is AED 230 per passport.

Sindh Public Service Commission Syllabus And Past Papers

Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) is the provincial recruitment body of the Government of Sindh in Pakistan. The main duties of SPSC is to recruit civil servants and bureaucrats for the Government of Sindh. At present, there are over 50,000 public service employees including government employees, health care, education institutions, police, firefighters, taxation, etc. that are recruited by the SPSC. Justice Dr. Agha Rafiq Ahmed Khan is the current chairman of SPSC.

Currently the test of Provincial Civil Services (PCS) by SPSC are being held at Karachi/Hyderabad/Sukkur. Rs. 1000/- is the fee for PCS exams.

Sara Chaudhry How Pakistani actress left showbiz – Exclusive interview

Sara Chaudhry was a former Pakistani actress who had joined the Pakistani Showbiz Industry in 2001. Sara started her acting career at the age of 14 when her father’s friend offered her to work in a drama. She joined acting career early because she wanted to financially support her family. However, just after reaching at the peak of popularity she left the showbiz industry and reverted her life to Islam.

In an interview on ATV titled “Morning With Farha” hosted by Farha, Sara Chaudhry gave the detail about her media life and current life. Answering to the question why she left the industry, Sara said that she was feeling lacking of something in her heart. As she come from an average practicing Muslim family. She began to searching answers in Islam and found how our ancestors were living their life and how we are. She said it was not easy for me to practice the religion as some people termed my decision a hypocrite and they claimed that I would soon come back to normal showbiz life. But Allah gave me steadfastness and I am still in touch with my religion.

Sarah had also faced little critics from her family for leaving the showbiz. But later on, they understand the situation and now she is living a normal life and happy with her married life as she thinks that now she can give more time to her family than before. She got married with a Dubai based businessman Faisal Khan in October 2011.

Babu Baral Best Comedian And A Legend

Babu Baral was one of the renowned comedian actor and king of the stage play of Pakistan. An actor who was recognized as the Sultan of Comedy. Babu Baral was born in 1964 in Fankaron Ki Basti of Gakhar Mandi, Pakistan. His birth name was Ayub Akhtar, however, he got famous and popularity by his stage name Babu Baral. Baral stepped in the acting as a comedian from a stage show in Gujranwala played in 1982.

He was a mimicry expert and could easily sung in the legendary singer’s voices included: Ustad Ghulam Ali Khan. Roshan Aara Begum, Ustad Nazakat Ali Khan, Ustad Amanat ALi Khan, Parveen Sultana, Mehdi Hasan, Ghulam ALi, Muhammad Rafi, Manna Dey, Mukeesh, Masood Rana, mala Begum, Haim Latta, S.D Burman, R.D Bermun, Zubeeda Begum, Lata Mangeshker, Naheed Akhter, Inayat Hussain Bhatti, and many more.

Babu Baral had been suffering from prolonged cancer, hepatitis, and kidney diseases, and was admitted in a private hospital in Lahore. He died at the age of 47 in April 15, 2011, leaving behind two widows, four children (two daughter, and two son).
